CleanSource Inc. offers 2 shipping options for orders placed within Canada (excluding the territories).

Note: At this time, we do not ship outside of the Canadian provinces for orders placed through our website.

a) ON/QC – A flat shipping fee of $14.90
b) MB/SK/AB/BC – A flat shipping fee of $19.90
c) NL/NS/NB/PE – A flat shipping fee of $21.90

* Standard shipping rates apply to orders with a total weight of 22lbs or less, orders exceeding this weight may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.

FREE Standard Shipping – when you spend a minimum of $99 pre-tax and after any discounts are applied to your cart.

* A additional shipping and handling fee may apply to shipments that exceed our standard shipping weight threshold of 22lbs.

Return Policy

We are confident that our clients will be happy with their CleanSource purchase and we are here to answer any questions and offer support on usage. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or the product arrives damages, please fill out the Return Authorization form within 30 days from the original date of shipment. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your return product and what to include with the package.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 30 days from the original date of shipment.

No refunds will be given on product returned after 30 days of the original date of shipment or on items sent back to us without a completed return authorization.
